Hello Everyone,

Why is it that when my boss send me a invitation to a
meeting, I get the following email?

Probably because you're using Outlook 2000 and the boss is using a later
version. Either install the latest Office 2000 service pack (released
yesterday) or tell the boss to stop putting reminders in the meeting
requests.

I'm sorry, some are on our new Exchange 2000 server and
some are still on the old NT 4.0 Exchange 5.5 server.

Is everyone connecting to the service with the Exchange service? Or are some
POP or IMAP? That could make a difference, especially with the 5.5 server.
Normally, though, if everyone is using the Exchange service, meeting
requests should be sent as native meeting request items, not as iCal items
like the one below.
