Outlook 2003

Good evening -

I am currently running Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2007 network environment
running Novell and no AD.

In some OUs, some users are able to have their reading pane view
(right/bottom/off), HOLD and some in the same OU are not able to hold it.

We have roaming profiles and run OWA2007 as well. Those users have no
problems with the reading pane holding.

Can you please offer me any suggestions as to how to get this to "hold" the
reading pane view? It's been a real challenge to figure it out.

Many thanks!!

If you mean that you enable the Reading Pane, exit Outlook, reenter Outlook
and the Reading Pane settings have reverted, then it's possible Outlook is
not closing properly. The next time someone with this problem stop Outlook,
use Task manager to see if there is still an OUTLOOK.EXE process running.
