outlook 2003

when i try to open outlook 2003 i get "unable to open
your default email folders". "your profile is not
configured". i also have outlook express on the computer.
how do i fix this?

Wow, you waited 21 whole minutes before reposting! Impatience is not
rewarded very well here!

My advice:
1. Configure your profile. Don't know how? Place the mouse pointer,
that looks like an arrow, over the last menu item on the right labeled
"Help." Click and select the appropriate help you want, then look for
what you need. Windows and App Software contains rich help but nobody
ever uses it.
2. Go to an OUTLOOK newsgroup and ask them. This is an XP OS group.
3. No, it doen's matter that OE is on your computer. You can't get
rid of it so of course it's there.
