Outlook 2003

Recently when i minimise outlook it closes, this has only happened over the
last couple of weeks but is annoying (i have checked for Virus's etc)

No it doesn't close. RIght-click the Outlook icon in the Notification Area
of the Taskbar and uncheck "Hide When Minimized".
