Outlook 2003

I recently lost everything that I had in Outlook, my calendar, contacts, etc.
I can receive new messages, but cannot send new message, forward or replies.
If I want to send something, I have to use a web-base mail server. However,
I can start a new message and once I type the first letter of my contact, the
name/e-mail address appears as it always has, but in my contact folder,
nothing, empty.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

The error message is "Interfact not registered".

Try this: Click Start>Run and in the Open field, enter

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

Click OK.

How do I recover all my contact records, my calendar etc.? I can send from
Outlook now, but the records are not there. All the information that was in
my Outlook is gone.

Open your PST in Outlook. File>Open>Outlook Data File. Make that PST your
delivery location on Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. Stop and restart Outlook.
Copy from the extra PST those few things that downloaded and close the extra
with right-click>Close.
