I would try creating a new mail profile (Control Panel | Mail | Show
Profiles). When it asks what kind of mail account you want to connect to,
don't choose Microsoft Exchange.

I created a new mail profile, as you suggested. I used Hot mail as mail
account. When I open Outlook I get a message : " MSO Outlook has encountered
a problem and needs to close".
What can I do to identify the real problem and get the solution?
The problem started due to I unloaded Outlook 2007 trial, and reinstall
Outlook 2003.I apply the procedure recommended to solve the first message :
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook.MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong
version."The procedure says:
a)Locate and then open the following folder on your computer:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Msmapi\1033.
b)Right click the MSMapi32.dll file, and then clock rename.
c)Type Msmapi32.old, and then press ENTER to rename the file.
d)Start Oulook 2003.
I did this procedure, with no solution. Now I get the message :" MSO Outlook
has encountered a problem and needs to close", even after I created new mail
profile.

Is your Hotmail account a paid account? If not, you will probably not be
able to use it with Outlook. That shouldn't cause Outlook to crash, though.

You might try renaming the following files (with Outlook closed) to
<filename>.old, similar to what you did with the MAPI32.dll file, and see if
that helps. Make sure you enable searching within hidden folders to find
these files.

Thanks for your message.
My Hot mail is not paid account. When I started to use Outlook, I never had
any problem. Problem began after I unloaded the Outlook 2007 trial.
Can I use another option different than Hotmail?
I couldn't find the files you mentioned.
Now I am using Outlook 2003 in Safe Mode, with some limitations.
I have been receiving some message as this:
"Task'pop,gmail.com-Receiving' reported error (0x80042108): 'Outlook is
unable to conect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to
receive this message , contact your server administrator or Internet
provider(ISP)." How I contat them? How to use POP3 e- mail server?
Another message: "Task 'pop.gmail.conm-Sending ' reported error
(0x800CCC7D): "Your outgoing (SMTP) server does not support SSL-secured
connections. If SSL-secured connections have worked in the past ,contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)' . How to contact my
server administrator?
