outlook 2003

my outlook does not always suggest names while completing To, Cc and Bcc
fields.
I tried sending an email as a test then I tried the same adress and it works
but once I exit outlook it does not remember the address anymore.
Any ideas why?
 
It only remembers addresses you typed in the past and adds those to the
suggestion list. If you want to access your address book, type a few letters
and then click on Check Names on the toolbar and it will search for matches.
 
Make sure you have chosen Suggest Names in Tools, Options, email options,
advanced options.
