Outlook 2003

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003, which wiped out by address
book and all sent items, etc. Is there anyway I can retreive these????

You probably created a new PST in the process, if you didn't do the upgrade
exactly right. Enable searching hidden files and folders and search your
hard drive for any files ending in ".pst". Open each in Outlook with
File>Open>Outlook Data File. Most likely one of them contains your data.
Assuming you find it, with Outlook 2003 on your machine now, the best way to
deal with this is to move the contents of each of the old defatul folders to
the corresponding new folder, or just move the entire folder for the
non-default folders. This will give you the advanatge of using the new
Unicode file format.
