Outlook 2003 will not sort by Categories

Outlook is not sorting my contacts by category any more. I normally have the
contacts folder in "By Category" view and the contacts are divided by the
categories in my mater category list. Now it is sorted by name and there are
no category sub headers in the "By Category" view.

How do I fix this?

Go into View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views and reset it.
