Outlook 2003 w/ BCM

Guest

I installed my FV copy of MS Office 2003 I got for attending the Office 2003 rollout earlier this fall.

I got the package with (2) CD's, one being MS Office 2003 Pro, and the other as OneNote 2003. Upon installing Office, with Outlook, I cannot find the BCM files to install BCM. I know the retail packages have it as a separate CD. Even the packaging that came with the 2 CD's says BCM is included with the package.

Anyone know whats going on?

Thanks!

BCM is included in the retail, OEM, volume license, and MSDN Universal versions of Office 2003 Professional and Small Business Edition. It was not included in the trial copy distributed at the Office 2003 launch nor in the "Action Pack" that went to various Microsoft partners. We don't know yet whether it's in the trial version that you can order from microsoft.com.

I'm sure the BCM folks are just as frustrated as you are that it isn't more widely available for people to test.

I have the same problem. I called Microsoft tech
support and was told that I had to buy BCM seperately
although no one knows where you can get it or if it is
even sold seperately.

Who exactly did you call? We can pass along the word to Microsoft that someone is passing out wrong information. BCM is not available as a separate program. BCM is included in the retail, OEM, volume license, and MSDN Universal versions of Office 2003 Professional and Small Business Edition.
