Outlook 2003 Upgrade: Send and Receive (F9) All does not work

I am using Outlook 2003 on WinXp on my laptop in an Exchange SBS environment.
I have an Exchange Mailbox Account and a PoP3 account. I use OutlookCRM
add-in software which is setup in a Public Folder. When preparing to work
offline I have to manually sync my Favorite folders. I find if I rely on
'Send and Receive All' the only folder that is sync'd is NONE. I find out
because new items will be missing in any particular folder when I am offline,
but I come back on and there they are present. If I use 'Shift F9' on each
folder everything is cool. Why is this? What is the difference between
Cached Mode in regards to synchronization? Exchange Cached Mode seems to
work but OutlookCRM is not compatible. Please help as it is very time
consuming to have to manually(Shift F9) sync the folders. I have seen others
with the same problem.

Brian,

Did you get this issue resolved? The current version of OutlookCRM is compatible with Cached Mode (I run OutlookCRM in this mode 100% of the time). But you have to be sure and start OFFLINE, then you can go ONLINE; also, you have to realize that by default, Cached Mode caches your mailbox folders but not public folders; if you want your OutlookCRM public folders cached, you have to check the optional box in your profile to tell it to cache public folders as well. But you also need to be careful because with that option, ALL public folders contained in your Favorites will be cached, regardless of any settings in your Send/Receive group.
