Outlook 2003 has removed what it regards as an "unsafe attachment" from
email I have received from a good
friend whose attachement I trust. How do I get the file and, more important,
how do I turn off this "feature"?
This has happened to me several times and it has never been correct. In all
cases, the email was from people
I know well and the attachments were safe. I hate programs that think they
are smarter than their users.

Safer is to instruct people not to send you scripts or programs in an
uncompressed format.
For more info and instructions on how to unblock (not recommnded!) see;

Thanks much for the quick reply. This solved my problem nicely.
