OE removed accessto "unsafe" attachments

Outlook Express 6 has removed access to unsafe email
attachments.

I have been receiving this type of attachment regularly
for the last ten years. It is not unsafe.

How can I disable this horrible feature. I need those
attachments.

Click tools, options, security, and uncheck the 4th line down... "do not
allow....."
