Outlook 2003 - unblocking MSAcess mdb files

Hi all. I received a file from a client today and it was
in Microsoft Access. Well, Outlook blocked it, and when
accessing help files I see that .mdb files are level 1
files and cannot be unblocked. There has to be a way to
change this setting in Outlook as this is extremely
inconvenient to me and my clients. I know I can ask them
to resend and change the file extension, however, some
clients are not that computer saavy and I don't have time
to explain this to all of them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
