Outlook 2003 trouble sending email

Today, 2003 has started having trouble sending.

Receive this error message.

Task 'pop.mail.yahoo.com - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If
you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'

Shows 1 message in outbox and says sending 1 of 1.

Deleted message and tried again with no luck.

Opened the profile for this account and tested the account settings.
Everything shows OK. But still cant send from the Outbox.

If this just started happening, then your error indicates that Outlook is
making a connection to the SMTP server and sending an inquiry, but the
server fails to respond. It could be an issue with the server. Have you
tried telnetting to the server and server port to see if there are any
connection issues? Since you're using POP on Yahoo, can I assume this is a
paid Yahoo account?
