outlook 2003 to Outlook express

Do you know how to import contacts stored in outlook 2003 into a personal
address book .pab file ?

Why would you want to?
PAB's have not been in use for years and are no longer supported.

I need to export my contacts to a .wab format.
I cannot do that with Outlook.

Not sure what the PAB had to do with this, then.
Most people accomplish this by exporting to a CSV file then importing that
into Outlook Express.
