Outlook 2003 & Thunderbird on same PC

Windows XP Pro SP2 PC; user is running Outlook 2003 for business
correspondence and contacts; he would like to have a completely separate
email client for sales leads and contacts generated from email links on our
websites. Is there any reason Thunderbird or Outlook Express could not be
run on same system with Outlook? The second email client would be opened
once or twice a day to pull in emails. Our email is web based so we POP the
mail from the server. Thanks.

None whatsoever, they should both co-exist just fine. Will both be pointed
at the same POP account? Steps must be taken if this will happen so that
copies of mail are left on the server for both to download and mail is
deleted from the server after some period of time.
