Outlook 2003 Task Creation

Outlook 2003 will not allow me to create a task. When I
try to save a new task, I get a messaging telling me to
save the Task Order from the Actions menu. This option
doesn't even exist on this menu. Any ideas?
 
How are you doing this, the message is referring to the Task Folder and not
the Task item, highlight the Task Folder (you may have to change the View to
Simple) and then from the Actions menu select "Save Task Order".
