outlook 2003 synchronization errors - 8004011B-3EE-8004011B-560

Hi,

I have a user that when their Cached Exchange Mode is on its not updating
the inbox past a certain date.

I have created a new profile and also deleted the OST file on the computer
but it just sets up a new one with the same error.

I also have "Waiting to update this folder" constantly on the status bar.

Also I have tried the OST Repair service but get the following error :

13:25:52 Error synchronizing folder

13:25:52 [8004011B-3EE-8004011B-560]

13:25:52 Unknown Error.

13:25:52 Microsoft Exchange Server

I'm have come to a end on this one and as I have just started here this is
not looking good for me.

Is there anyone that can please help me on this.

In addition :

If I'm offline I can download the HEaders only but it would not allow the
opening of the email.

As soon as I go online they go and I'm again left with nothing.
