Outlook 2003 starting is safe mode

Help!

Since an upgrade form 2000 (methinks, could've been 2002) to 2003 Outlook
goes into safe mode upon running. Following is the error that is generated
in the event viewer:

Source: Microsoft Office 11
Event ID: 1000

I can function in safe mode but not sure what the long-term affects would
be, if at all.

I asked this question yesterday and only got so far with it...anybody?
