Hello can anybody help me. I have created an HTML signature and it all works
fine everything is how i want it arial font correct size this is with word
unchecked, but soon as a tick word it all goes pair shaped, font changes,
size changes etc. The reason i want word on is so that all incorrect
spellings are underlined and when you type in a sentence the first letter
capitalise. Can someone please help me to get my signature just how i want
it.

Under \documents and settings\<userid>\application data\microsoft\signatures
you will find a .RTF version of your signature. Open that in WordPad and
modify to hearts content. Save it. Now try launching Outlook/Word and see
if the signature looks right. You may have to repeat for the .TXT/.HTML
versions depending on message format.

/neo

PS - Use Notepad for the .TXT file. For the HTML one, I use Notepad because
I'm used to editing HTML in a text editor, so you mileage may vary depending
on what you decide to use.

Thanks for your answer but still no look once implemented. As soon as i tick
the word tick box the font changes to times new roman.

Thanks.

Hmm... your default font in Word is Times New Roman? And what font name are
you trying to use in your signature?

I have changed the default to arial which is what i want but as soon as i
tick the box outlook displays in times new roman. I have somehow resolved
some part of the issue but now it wont show the company logo its just showing
a red X in the box? I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue.
