Outlook 2003 sp2 error 0x8004210A

Firewall is disabled, AVG antivirus. Have a Dell machine and connects and
works OK with Outlook Express. Have a new HP w/Office 2003 and Outlook 2003
sp2 with same settings and failing to download attachments of various sizes.
Had worked for 3 days then failed. Currently working with email
administrators but no luck so far. A new HP wks was shipped and worked a
short time but still have the same problem. A little help please. tks

try again.
