Outlook 2003 sorting problem

Hi,

I have a customer who is able to sort emails in his inbox
via the "From" field for anyone starting between 'A'
and 'K'. However after 'K' the sorted list of emails
goes right to the first email under 'A'.

eg
1. Customer clicks on an email that he wishes to sort by.
2. Customer clicks on the From field header.
3. The list sorts alphabetically, but has the first email
starting with 'A' and not the email that was originally
selected.

Anyone have any ideas?

if it is sorted alphabetically then that has nothing to do with the email
selected. the sort should run from A (or Z). the only connection with
selected item should be that it remains selected.
