Outlook 2003 Software Agreement

After getting a new PC (vista) I loaded my Office 2003 software onto it and
got the automated updates from MS. Everything works, but on my Outlook, it
brings up the software agreement every time I open Outlook and asks again for
me to accept/reject etc. After accepting it works fine, I just want to avoid
having to deal with it every time I open Outlook.

Any suggestions.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you
start an Office program
