Outlook 2003 shortcut keys

Can these be turned off or unassigned? (for example cntl-shift M = new
meeting)

Also, when I view a colleague's calendar side by side with mine, both
are labeled "calendar" at the top. I don't seem to be able to change
this. Can it be changed? I'd like the person's name to show at the top
of their calendar.

No, the key assignments can't be turned changed.

I get best results on the side-by-side calendar captions by using Other
Calendars rather than opening a calendar folder from a secondary mailbox in
my profile.
