Outlook 2003 Sending Email

Outlook 2003

Email program processes the command and then says it is
completed and the email stalls and says completed, even
though the email is still in the outbox and never gets
sent, does not copy nor does it get moved to the sent
folder.
Setup email in Outlook Exp and the option is sent just
fine.

Differences between the two
Outlook is using the sbc smtp server
Outlook Exp is using the company smtp server name
Outlook cant use the sbc smtp due to 550 & 552 error
 
Corrections

Outlook cannot utilize the company smtp server due to 500
& 522 error
