Outlook 2003 send mail but auto send to wrong receiver

Outllok 2003 send mail but auto send to wrong receiver when i check it from
send item
 
Can you be more specific in what is going wrong? Did you set up a rule to
forward mail?

I have a particolar user. on Outolook 2003.
When this user send a mail to receiver"A" from the address book,
And let check the address by double click the receiver name nothing wrong,
then send out,
After, let check from the history in sent item,
Find out that this mail arrive to other one address.....?????
