Outlook 2003 Rules

I setup the following rule:

Apply this rule after the message arrives with "Undeliverable Mail" or
"Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" or "Delivery Status Notification" or
"Delivery Notification" or Undeliverable" Permanently Delete it and stop
processing more rules.

This is setup as a client-only rule.

I want to know if there is a way to set this up as a server rule so Outlook
doesn't have to be running for it to work as it is an email box that is
generally accessed via OWA.

Thanks in advance for your time and help

Not possible because of the "Permanently Delete it" action. Change it to
"Delete it" and it will be a server-side rule.
