i have a bunch of emails that are sent by an automated process from a
distribution list named IndustryTesting. this email is sent to its, back to
industrytesting, as well as myself and two other people. When i try to make a
rule to look for incoming emails from specific people or distribution lists
and include Industrytesting in it none of the emails are auto sorted where i
specified. I have also tried to do it where it looks in the sent to line for
specific people and there is still no auto filtering done. Am i missing
something? Can anyone help me get these emails to auto move into a folder of
my choice? Any help is greatly appreciated.

What happens if you run the rule manually on the Inbox contents?

If it works then, you may have a problem with the rules order. Is there a
rule higher up in the list that would fire for these items that contains Stop
processing more rules?

Sorry for late response, but if the rule(s) are run manually on the inbox and
all sub folders it doesn't work properly either. When manually run it still
only moves those emails that i mentioned are being moved that have nothing to
actually do with the rule. I also do not have any other rules that contain
anything that would be run first and pickup any emails related to this rule,
nor are there any rules that have a stop processing rules section to it.
