Outlook 2003 (Rich text and HTML Text)

HI;
I am using Outlook 2003 and I get e-mail from people that use rich text
format. When I try to reply to them the text is rich text and I have to
manually change to html format. I have check my option on the outlook and it
is set to html. (work on new messegages)
Is there any way to set all the replies to HTML format eventhough the sender
has sent the e-mail in rich text??
