Outlook 2003 Restore Files - Help

M

MountainCanada

I installed a new larger hard drive. I still have the old hard drive. I have
hooked the old drive to a mobile SATA drive enclosure. I didn't make a backup
copy of outlook before I did this. I open office outlook on pc with new
drive. I tried to do an import file but I can't seem to find where my old
mail messages on the old drive are.

Am I hooped or is there still a way to recover those files.

Thanks

Open Outlook then use File open and browse to the .pst file. DO NOT import
the Outlook file. Just open it.

If you don't know where the Outlook file is, do a search first for *.pst and
make sure to include hidden files.
