Hi All

I've recently written an Add-In for Outlook 2003 using C# VS 2003 .Net 1.1 -
and everything works fine.

However - when the Add-In is enabled - I notice that when I quit Outlook -
Outlook takes about 10-12 seconds to unload from memory. If I try restart
Outlook within this 10-12 second period I receive the message "The Operation
Failed" and Outlook won't start.

Once Outlook has unloaded I can start again as normal.

It's slightly annoying as I have two profiles configured and I often close
outlook just to restart with the other profile.

Can anyone explain what's happening here? Am I waiting for the PIA to be
collected from the managed garbage collector? (GC).
