outlook 2003 reminder window shut down

When I open Outlook 2003, it starts to open, then when the reminder window
tries to open, the whole program freezes and shuts down. Any ideas on how to
fix this?
 
Try opening Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanreminders
(note the space between outlook.exe and /cleanreminders)

If you're using Vista, it's Start > Start Search > outlook.exe
/cleanreminders
