Outlook 2003- Recieveing Mail

I have outlook 03 and I can send emails but I can recieve emails. Yesterday
every thing was fine and work and today i can get any emails. I have not
change anything. I get an error message # 0x8004210A. An error time message
from the POP server.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Donnie asked:

If you have an antivirus scanner scanning incoming mail, this can cause this
problem.
