Outlook 2003 - recall email

Afer loading MS Office 2003 do not have the option in Outlook to recall an
email. Under Actions it does not give me the option of "recall this
message". The recipient had not yet opened the email and I have the I have
the email open that I want to recall. Have loaded MS 2003 on other pc's and
have the option to recall email.
