Outlook 2003 questions

Hello, I been using Outlook 2000 and 2002 for years at home and at work. At
work they just upgraded to Office 2003 which has Outlook 2003 and I noticed
some changes, good and bad.

1) Is the Favorites Pane un-removable? I hate it actually and like to get
rid of it. Reading the help info says it can't be. I'm asking because
maybe, just maybe someone may have found a way.

2) Each time I create a new folder, the Group By is active and it's always
Grouped. Hate that! Is there a way to set the default NOT to have the
Group By active, unchecked when creating new folders???

3) Speaking of Group By, I have past PST files from Outlook 2002, and when
I used these in Outlook 2003 all the folders are, you guessed it Group By.
I like to know if there is a way to ungroup these folders, 100's of folders
in one pass instead of going to each folder one at a time to deactivate the
Group By??? Also, when in the parent folder, and you chose to deactivate
the Group By, why not have an option to include the subfolders too??? If
this can be done, please let me know how...

4) Of course the line separating each email is set ON by default when
creating folders. Like the default to be no lines. Is it possible? Ditto
on past PST files having all lines that I like to get rid of in one pass.

Note: On 3 and 4 past PST files were not Grouped, and did not have lines.
Office 2003 changed these to it's defaults, Grouped and with lines. Like to
have it the way it was setup originally.

Thanks,

Mark
