Outlook 2003 Question...

Ever since installing outlook 2003 I get prompted every now and then to enter a network password, then immediately followed by entering my .net password. I just exit without entering the password every time and everything (outlook, winxp messenger 5.0 etc) all work fine regardless.

Whats up with that? How can I kill that?

This may be messenger 5.0 related too as I upgraded from 4.7 (the versions with exchange connectivity) around the same time.
