Outlook 2003 Question

I have a Outlook 2003 client that anytime he sends an attachment it gets
embedded into the main text area of the e-mail. The "Attach" button does not
appear under the Message Header area near the Subject line.

How can I get the "Attach" button to come up on a regular basis? Thanks!
 
He is using Rich Text. Change to HTML or Plain so it is not in the body of
the email.
It's under; Tools / Options / Mail Format
