Outlook 2003 Problem: PLEASE HELP!

Every one of my emails after clicking on to open them up has a message "The
full item has not been downloaded". Through trial and error and right click
and mark the message to be downloaded, then click send/receive and it opens
up. But this is a real pain to do for every message.

Then when I delete my messages, EVERY one of them reappears when I click
send/receive (even after I have deleted my deleted folder)! This makes no
sense to me.

Can anyone help me?

You might want to specify your mail account type that you use and tell us
your Send/Receive configuration.
