Outlook 2003 Pro systray icon

I am running Outlook 2003 Pro as a POP3 mail client. I openned Outlook and
clicked the send/receive. Outlook errored out on one of my POP3 accounts. Now
when I exit outlook the outlook systray icon does not exit and I can not open
outlook again until I open task manager and kill the outlook prosses tree or
restart my computer.

Problem fixed. I think that the problem was an incorrect Firewall setting.
