Outlook 2003 Preview Pane?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to change the size of the font in
the preview pane window? I know you can right-click and
select your font size, but it does not stick.

Any ideas?

Depends on the message format and what the sender has used, not your
settings.
If the message is in plain text, then Outlook will use whatever you've set
as the default for composing and reading plain text in Tools > Options >
Mail Format > Stationery and Fonts > Fonts...
