Two Outlook 2003 problems. 1 - Address book adds email addresses when I
enter them into Contacts, but does not alphabetize them. How do I do this?
2 - every day, Outlook dumps my shortcuts and their group names. (I use
Firefox; Zonealarm; AVG antivirus; and MS beta spyware tool). It predated
use of the MS spyware program. What is causing this?
Thanks,

1) What view are you using?
2) The xml is corrupt - find and delete *.xml (and *.fav if it exists) and
restart outlook. Those files are in C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. You can easily access
it by pasting %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook in the
Address bar of your browser or Windows Explorer.

Or, for even less typing, %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook
