Outlook 2003 on Startup minimised

Hi all,

Is there anyway I can get Outlook 2003 to open on my Windows XP pro
startup as a minimised icon in my task tray ?

Have you tried creating a standard desktop shortcut (*.lnk) that has the run
dropdown set to minimized? (you can't modify the outlook shortcut the
program installs, it is completely grayed out. you have to create a new
desktop shortcut icon.)
