Outlook 2003 note size won't change

In Office 2003, newly installed, I set Outllook Note size to "large" but the
notes stay small.

The difference between small, medium and large is not very much. The large is
about 2" square, depending on your screen resolution. Change to small
(1"x1")and see if you can see the difference. You realize that the size
change only affects new notes, not the ones you already made.

One of my clients is having the opposite problem in 2003 - hers all go full
screen as she opens them. I think it's a bug.

Double click on the note header and return it to the normal size. Then
close it.

Yes. Now I see. The key is the blue task bar at the top of the note.
Right click inside, and then click on several choices to change the size. To
fill the screen, click maximize. To return to a small note click restore. To
change the size of a minimized note, click size. Thanks SBY.

your info on reducing the size of the note from fullscreen back to small was
excellent no one in my office could help job well done

FINALLY AN ANSWER TO THIS!!! It is not in Outlook Help and I could not find
it in Knowledge Base....such a simple answer, why doesn't Microsoft address
this in their HELP? Thank you Milly.....!

I am having the same problem, i cant get notes to not be fullscreen.

I completely agree!! I have playing with notes and microsoft help for the
past hour and a half!! Thanks to whoever figured this one out!!
