outlook 2003 not starting

I have just uninstalled trial office 2007 and installed office 2003 but
outlook will not open. Error message says "unable to open default email
folders outlook could not start because data file for send receive could not
be found" and when I click ok it closes. also a second dialog box says
"configuring outlook accounts" Used control panel to set up new mail account
but that made no difference.

Create a new mail profile using the Mail applet in Control Panel. That's a
good idea when moving to an earlier version of Outlook.
