Outlook 2003 not showing Japanese characters in header

I have Outlook 2003 installed and whenever I receive an
email with Japanese characters in the header or the
address, the characters are replaced with a "?" Does
anyone know why this happens and how i can change it?

I have another laptop with Outlook 2003 and that one
works fine. I have Japanese added as a second language
in XP and Office 2003.

Please advise.

I posted similar message here a couple of weeks ago, but
there was no reply. If you find out anything, please
post it under this thread. Thanks.

I think I figured it out....

You have to click that Japanese is the non-Unicode
program you want to use (something about "older programs")
