I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 about 2 weeks
ago, everything seemed to be working great until
recently. Now outlook will go out and retrieve my email
and when it is completed it pegs the CPU to 95-100% and it
seems to just spin away. If I let it go it will usually
come back, but it can take 10-15 minutes to finish
whatever it's trying to do.

Anyone had similar problems?

thanks

More information

When Outlook begins the process of sending and receiving an icon pop up in the system tray that pops up the message "Synchronizing folders....." I am pulling email from 3 different online email accounts. The receiving of emails has greatly slowed from what it used to download at prior to this problem. Once the send receive process is complete the processor stays pegged but nothing appears to be happening.
