Outlook 2003 Newsreader

How do I put a shortcut directly to the Outlook 2003 newsreader on my
desktop. I want to bypass going into Outlook.

Thanks.
 
Add a shortcut that uses this command line:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /outnews

I have a shortcut named "Outlook News" for just such a purpose.
