Outlook 2003 Newsgroup mistake.

Can anyone help me please.

I have tried to open newsgroups by going into the toolbar options andhitting
the add new buttons, I then hit the category go and selected and dragged the
word news to the tool bar, it worked once then wouldnt work again, my brain
dead idea was to replace it back into the category menu from where i got it,
tried this now the word News has vanished and I can`t access any news groups.
I am using Windows Xp and outlook 2003.
