Outlook 2003 Network Password Issue

I have this problem; it started after I got a new computer and "migrated"
(why doesn't Outlook have an export facility for accounts????) my accounts
from my older machine to the new one; both are on the same network. Older
machine runs XP Home and new runs XP Pro. Outlook no longer running on the
older machine. I have several accounts in Outlook, but with only one
(Roadrunner) do I get the Network password prompt. I don't get it all the
time and I never get it if I press "Send/Receive". Odd thing is that right
after I got the new machine the problem ALSO STARTED TO OCCUR at my office,
also running XP Pro. Home Outlook and office Outlook do not run at the same
time. I've read all the messages and responses here. Nothing seems to work.
